Job Description

TechWorkers is currently seeks an Account Executive to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA region. This person will become part of our Customer Solutions organization and responsible for building out current client relationships and building out new accounts nationally. Winning and exceeding goals must excite you.

Position Summary

As an Account Executive, Your Daily adventures will include being responsible for driving the full life-cycle sales process for the Strategic Staffing division by identifying and securing new business opportunities through leads. This is a fast paced and high activity role, that demands teamwork and a “selling begins when the customers says no” mentality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement marketing strategies to obtain IT consulting orders from targeted client companies within the Account Executive’s assigned region.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers within prospect accounts in order to secure new business opportunities.
  • You must have excellent communication skills, who is competitive in nature, coachable, have strong time management skills and a desire to help others.
  • Contact and qualify cold and warm prospects via phone and/or email
  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives to nurture and develop prospects through the sales process
  • Show up every day with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Focus on team contributions as well as own successes
  • Meet lead generation activity and sales opportunity quotas
  • Identify opportunities to broaden the scope of services offered to existing client base.
  • Maintain a high standard of service within new and existing accounts to ensure continued business.
  • Work in close conjunction with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.
  • Work with Client to obtain qualified job requirements and educate Client on TechWorkers ' service offerings and process.
  • Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities
  • Establish opportunities to present our value-proposition to strategic Senior Executive and Management level contacts

Job Requirements

Skills Required:

 

  •          3+ years of experience and knowledge of the IT Staffing industry is required. 
  •         Managed Service or Business Service sales experience a plus.
  • Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment.
  • Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honest and integrity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Knowledge of Sales Engagement Platforms
  • Identify potential opportunities with companies through research, referrals, networking and cold calling.
  • Initiate relationships with prospective clients by researching jobs and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders.
  • Present information related to recruiting and staffing services and utilize business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth.
  • Plan and prioritize activities based on criticality.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
